I new

I am struggling with melt down and I need help 

i can avôid them fòr only so long, often pre emptyping and by, goiñg to gym/ bed or juse going for a walk

but when a a lot of events or emotional (often negative but can be positiv) occur then I sort of lose control.

when I do it has to take it côurse, there is no reasoning with me and I like a monster and my dad says it like I not there. I describe it as an attack because that how it feels łike. Please help
