How to help an 18 year old daughter?

I have no idea whether I am on the right board for this, but I have an 18 year old daughter on the Asperger/ Autism range. We were told that she had trouble socialising since her pre-school years, and had someone with plenty of experience (but not a doctor, or just not registered to assess, but still able to assess) have a look at her a while back. Since we have been mostly overseas for most of my daughter's life, the resources and help for her has been very, very limited. She is unlikly going to seek help by herself, but clearly needs help with getting out of the house, standing on her own feet, getting even a temporary job. She has trouble filling in forms (very slap-dash), and is only prepared to talk to people on her own terms, which most people find hard.

Where would I start? Can I still help her?

Best wishes
