To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears
To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

hello my name is Rachel and I was diagnosed with Asperger syndrome and adhd when I was 21 since my diagnosis my life has changed a lot I'm a much happier person I have joined the community well just if anyone who has Asperger or autism or is waiting to be diagnosed wants any help and advice.
