Hi I have twin girls who have just turned 2 we are in the process of all the appointments and assessments, our girls aren't talking at all yet and don't understand things , the process of all these appointments is so frustrating!!!! We know in our hearts they have autism and feel we really aren't getting enough help looking into private help now think it will take forever to get a diagnosis the way it's going
