Hello Autism.org.uk! We are developing an application to help in the education of Autistic Children

Hello Autism UK, I'm Malcolm, and I'm working with a team to develop an application that would help autistic children in every way we can, this may seem broad, but we want to start small and gradually expand the application as time goes by, so any feedback is welcome. A few things you should know: we do not intend to implement educational games as we feel that has been done and overdone time and time again, our application will be for everyday use and hopefully include many functions that will be applicable to different situations. Here are a few questions that we would be very grateful for if you could answer:

1- Are there any features that you think are vital to an application intended for autistic children, that we should implement in our application.

2- If we were not able to develop for both Ipad and Iphone, what format would be more suitable to prioritise? (We will not be developing for Android or Google phones yet).

3- Is there anything very important we should keep in mind whilst developing this application in relation to the user, (things we should avoid, etc).

4- What age group should we try to provide for using this application?
