I'm new here. I am autistic. My husband is on the spectrum as are all my grown up children. I have spent my whole life masking but because I'm getting older, it's more and more difficult.  I would like more friends but it just hasn't happened but I am happy that I have a family.  I thought that it would be nice to try this online forum.  Thank you

    That's what brought me and as I understand it others here too.

    So that, in my experience, makes it a place where, in the main, people are pretty cool to chat with, vent to sometimes and maybe even work out ways of getting over/around/under/past or just being able to put up better with some of the difficulties together.
