Just diagnosed at 67

I am a 67 years old woman who was diagnosed a week ago.  I have grandchildren who have previously been diagnosed.  There is so much of my past life that I will be reviewing now in a different way.  I hope the diagnosis will have a positive impact on my self esteem, which has been low in recent times.

    I’m in my 60s and I was diagnosed nearly two years ago. Self esteem was one of the main things that diagnosis helped me with the most, simply because there was a reason why I struggled with things that others expected me to do. Many others here have had a similar experience.
