Child hearing voices

Concerned parent. I'm looking to see if anyone has had similar experience. My child is 14 and recently diagnosed with autism, several anxiety and depression. They have also recently started talking medication try try and help with depression and anxiety. They have suicidal thoughts every and tell me they don't want ot be here anymore and don't see the point in life ( which I obviously really struggle to hear them say this and don't know how to help.

My child has always spoke their inner thoughts out loud and talk to themselves all the time, which I assumed was just they way their brain worked. They also say that at night they see things at night, I would call them demonic upon their description, like unnatural creature. CAMHS think it's just because they are not in school at the moment and their depression  and anxiety are worse due to isolation.

Anyway we had a good couple of day where the actual came out a walk (they don't normally leave the house). But then last night they had a melt down due to past trauma with bullying and how the school didn't help them. I gave them time to calm down as this is their preferred way to cope. Offered water, food and asked if they wanted me to spend time with them or did they want to be by themselves. They wanted to be by themselves, which is normal for them. They then woke me up during the night and told me they heat voices telling them to kill themselves and didn't want to tell me before. I slept in the same room as them throughout the night which they didn't really want, but I didn't want to leave them alone when they were distressed.

Sorry for the long list of things just wanted to paint a better picture. Has anyone else ever experienced anything similar, Im now concerned they maybe schizophrenic.
