Hi my names Sally, I'm new here and was diagnosed with autism this year. I've also been diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder. I'm hoping joining this community will help me with my autism as I struggle a lot with day-to-day life.

I have a lot of different interests like with music, animals and nature, writing and reading.

    I was diagnosed this year too, and am just getting comfortable with being autistic. There is so much to take on board. 

    This is a community where people are both thoughtful and helpful. Also, there is a lot of useful information that you may find helpful.

    Hey, congrats on getting diagnosed this year! I hope things start making more sense soon. I didn’t notice there was advice on here (I’m very unobservant!), but another member has posted some helpful pages for me full of info which I’ve also bookmarked so I can find easily again.
