Local groups?

Does anyone know if there are any smaller groups within the wider community here for specific age ranges or geographic locations?

    Thank you. I should have been more specific in my post.  Local mixed needs groups are not what I need at this point.  I am hoping to find local-ish people in my age range, with similar life experiences, similar support needs, background etc.  I am still feeling extremely fragile while I process this diagnoses and entering an environment of people with high support needs is not going to help me. Hence my question about smaller more specific groups.  But thank you  again for the info.
