Hey everyone! My name is Aster (online name), and I’m really happy to be here. I’m autistic (plus with a language disorder) and joined this community because I’d love to meet new people, chat with others who might have similar experiences, and hopefully make some genuine friendships.
I’m someone who enjoys being creative and trying new things. I like making jewellery, listening to music, writing stories, photography, spending time outdoors, and learning about topics that interest me. I also enjoy watching TV shows and films, and I can happily spend ages talking about characters, favourite scenes, or coming up with theories.
I’m quite a caring and open-minded person, although I can be a little shy at first. Sometimes I struggle to know what to say or worry about saying the wrong thing, but once I feel comfortable, I really enjoy getting to know people and having conversations. I love hearing about other people’s hobbies and interests, even if I don’t know much about them already.
I’m hoping to find a friendly, understanding community where everyone can support one another, share experiences, and have a good chat.
