  • Hi, welcome to the forum.

Support is a tricky thing to find, there's not a lot out there and it seems to depend on where you live and what you can find. The NAS has a directory you can search

    https://www.autism.org.uk/autism-services-directory

And has a pages with advice on it you could read through?

A lot of it you have to find yourself based on where you live. Some regions have online things if you can't get out (having a little baby and a job I imagine that is tricky).

Just chatting and relating on here to others that get it help too, and you can fit that around your life. Just being and to talk about your interests can be nice.

It can be hard at times, especially with being busy, but hopefully you can make time for your own needs too.

    Best wishes.
