Struggling to make friends and am feeling very lonely

Hi, I’m Daisy and I’m 26, I’ve been here before but decided to come back and try again. I’ve been trying so hard to meet people and make friends but it’s so difficult these days. Would anyone here like to chat and make friends? My hobbies are movies, Nintendo and collecting. And I’m in the UK time zone.   • Welcome, I play Nintendo mainly animal crossing, stardew valley, Hogwarts Legacy, Spiritfarer. Also have Minecraft on it but mainly okay that with my brother on his playstation 

    I like movies too, my favourite being Mary Poppins, Mary Poppins Returns, The Sound of Music and Saving Mr Banks

    Welcome to the community forum.

    I've been on the forum on and off. Gained some friends on the website. 

    42 years old female who is a part of a group called *Estuary Ladies* — a friendly social group for women. No membership needed. We meet for talks, art, crafts and trips, but it’s all optional so you can just drop in when you feel like it.

    I started going after volunteering at the library before COVID in 2020. I’m a regular now and still take the train to the two big libraries. I love reading — mostly fiction and non-fiction.

    Craft-wise I enjoy making cards and bookmarks, and I paint ceramics sometimes.

    Listening to music.

    I'd struggled to make friends as well. At first I'm nervous.
