I have ASD/ADHD/GAD/MDD. So I can understand it being difficult to manage Autism with depression. I feel like the medicinal track I’m on is really helping. Also, I’ve been pretty well supported by family, so that helps a lot.

Are you doing okay? Do you have a support system in place?

yes, i do have a support system: a therapist and my family. I did consider a medicinal help, but I'm already on a lot of meds for a kidney transplant, so I'm not risking it.

Oh yeah, with a kidney transplant? I can imagine that requires a pretty intense regimen of medications by itself. One thing you can consider is maybe meeting with a psychiatrist. They might be able to see if there is a drug that is safe to take alongside what you need for the kidney transplant. But I totally get being worried about medications conflicting with each other.
