Welcome, I started chatting on here before I read diagnosed too, it helps to have people to talk to about the experience and feel you aren't alone with it all.
You can say as much as you want about yourself, some like to get all their problems off their chest with people who get it and have lived it too. Others are just wanting the connection and keep it light with chat of their favourite things. Whatever makes you comfortable really!

Hi and welcome to the community. I was also mid fifties when I discovered that I was on the spectrum, and there are a lot of us "latelings" here, as one of our members described it.
