HI 

I hope that this post gets through. I'm new and looking to join the community to learn more and help me make sense of my recent diagnosis - I'm 48. 

I realise that these messages are moderated to begin with. Apologies if a few messages have come from me. I'm not sure if my internet dropped out a few times or if I typed but then didn't press submit button (but actually did). I've been a bit hesitant about posting anything.
