46, late diagnosed… and trying to be social (wish me luck)

Hi,

I’m 46 and was diagnosed with autism and ADHD last year.

I live in Crawley (West Sussex), and I’ve been feeling quite isolated for a while, so I thought I’d try putting myself out there a bit and see what happens.

I’m still figuring things out, but I’d be interested in any local groups or just hearing from people in a similar situation.

A bit about me — I’m really into films, especially 80s and 90s stuff (action, thrillers, that sort of thing). Always up for a good film recommendation. 

Also, fair warning: I might forget to reply sometimes (ADHD doing its thing), but I’m not ignoring anyone on purpose.
