Hi, I'm Alastair 44 years old and as yet formally diagnosed. However, i've been on a journey discovering my autisitc self over the last 5 years. It's been at times hard, as I learn my whole life i've been effectively living a lie and not been my true self. The more I look back on my life, the more i'm like "oh yeah" instead of thinking I was just awkward.
