Hi everyone. I’m a married 49M, diagnosed autistic with ADHD about 8 months ago. It’s been a mix of relief and total exhaustion. I’m currently in a phase where I’m quite dissociated and have very little social energy, so I’ve retreated from most interactions to figure out my 'new' life. I’ll likely be a quiet observer here for a while, reading and learning from your experiences. Glad to be here.
