Hello guys, 

Some more information about me:

I like anything to do with trees and forests and woodlands, hence the name of my profile. The Beech tree is a magnificent tree native to the UK. Fun fact, the Beech tree is invincible from lightning strikes. Other trees like Oak or Elm will die when struck by lightning but the Beech survives!

I also like music, reading books about nature (also reading Unmasking Autism by Devon Price at the moment) and hiking. 

I am looking forward to connecting with more autistics/autistic people and sharing advice and experiences.

  • Ohhh I love that Beech fact! Beech trees are fascinating, have you read 'The hidden life of trees'. I think it was a beech forest that it was written about originally. Absolutely fascinating that they talk, share and react, just in ways we can't comprehend! 

    Also reading Unmasking Autism, though I keep zoning out remembering things.
