Hi My name is Aura and I come from the cathdral town of Salisbury. I have undiagnosed Ashburgers and I suffer from Anxiety. I am still looking for support in Salisbury, but I haven't found it yet.

If you want some help your best option may be to get a formal diagnosis so that you can access any help the NHS can provide.

I wish their was help for autistic adults. I was hoping to chat with other people or organisations that could offer help.

You have Aspergers (I mention it because the right spelling might help with Google searches) and can find some organisations in your area that offer support here:

There really isn't that much support for autistic adults. Were you hoping to meet other autistic people or get some help from a professional?
