Has anyone with Audhd experienced struggles with university?
My daughter is finding it very overwhelming and is falling behind with the work. I think she may need to quit abd it’s looking like other will. Tho what now? What job could she do?

The uni should have support available for neurodiverse students so do you know if she has registered with them to access these?
Being both autistic and ADHD is challenging as you have the ability to focus deeply on a subject (from autism) fighting with the need to be constantly is search of new stimuli (from ADHD), plus social anxiety and resistance to change (from autism) which make the rapidly changing nature of a course troublesome.
It is only the first semester so she may be able to salvage it if she can get some help and support, so in her shoes I would do 2 things:
1 - contact the uni and see what support / accommodations they can offer
2 - contact the psychology dept and see if they offer any counselling services for students - sometimes they will allow later stage students to practice under the guidance of teachers so there may be additional support and training available this way.
Lastly, if there is an option of a mentor who understands these issues then this is a good anchor for her to use as she navigates the course.
