The are parents groups, including NAS local groups, and even if one isn't listed near you, contacting them might get you details of smaller groups nearer you, outside the NAS listings. Parents Groups offer opportunities to meet socially and share difficulties, as well as providing help, resources and advocacy. I believe there is a Hereford & Leominster Group.
