Hi everyone I am new to the forum room. After a very long journey thought my life I had my test done yesterday and I am autistic. I am still getting head around things. But hopefully I can really start to understand me.

    I'm similar, in that I've just had diagnosis confirmed recently after 30+ years of dramatic misdiagnosis chaos. It's a lot!

    Just thought I'd say hi and share a podcast that has really helped me me this week.

    It's "meet my autistic brain". Highly recommend the episode on Autistic strengths. It's got me through some tough moments in the last few weeks! Before I heard this episode it was hard not to spiral down all the negatives in having been misdiagnosed all this time. It's my go to 'but this is also true' comfort blanket, should be available on prescription!

    Yeah I listen to lots of different podcasts, but Meet My Autistic Brain is my favorite.
