Hi All

Hello everyone, I'm 35 female and I've just recently been diagnosed with Autism. In the back of my mind I've always known I had ASD and finally decided to do something about it. I had enough saving to go private, which is so much easier and quicker. But now I have the diagnosis I have no idea on what to do next and struggle to reach out and ask for help. Not that I know who to ask or where to start. Just as an example I procrastinated for about 4 weeks before I even written this message. I've told work about my diagnosis over a month ago and they still haven't planned a health review meeting to discuss my ASD. I've told my family but I don't think they truly understand my diagnosis. So kind of a little bit lost at the moment.
