Thanks to everyone who contributes to these forums. The advise, guidance and support is so valuable. 

I'm awaiting a diagnosis via the Right to Choose route. In the meantime, I have been reading and researching to find out more about autism. In some ways I feel relieved that things finally make sense. On the other hand, I'm astounded that I have not realised this before (I'm 58 years old)!

    I made it to 56 before I finally had to accept something was up. I still have doubts, until I am out of my comfort zone. I have arranged things to avoid problems pretty much unconsciously.

    The best way to camouflage is to avoid needing to do it. 

    I found youtube channels very useful for info.
