Wasn't sure on a few, but 156.
Was over the threshold (middle of autistic range) on all except self regulatory behaviour, but I know I don't obviously stim much and it's also on my diagnosis report.
I wonder if I either do it subtly or whether I suppressed it so long I need to try doing it more.
I've learnt how to cope with a lot of the things over the years. In my 20s I could hardly do anything though.
But I avoid things and suppress feelings so much I find it hard to tell how much things stress me.
