Another Newbie Stuck in a Rabbit Hole. Advocate?

Hi Im Ales. I was diagnosed in Feb & thought things might get easier. They've got HARDER TBH. In my diagnosis report, it says i should reach out for an Advocate & I've tried looking but there is literallhy NOTHING in my area - it seems. I'm in southend in Essex. Am i just a div? Im super isolated & clueless online. If i didnt talk to my dog, i wouldnt talk to anyone & I'd love to break out of it, Where would i look for an Advocate? Thanks Alex (& Sammy the laziest jack russell in the world!)

    Would it be worth asking the provider of your report where you could get an advocate, or alternatively, try your GP?

    I didn’t know what a div was until I looked it up. I wouldn’t like to think the term applies to you as one source says it can be offensive.
