Hints and tips

To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears
To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

Just to add........

Some days my ADHD wins, some days my ASD wins. It's not very often that I win!!

Hi and welcome to the community. I discovered I was on the spectrum when I was in my fifties too. I'm now mid sixties and retired and feel much more settled. I wish you luck with your journey of discovery.
