Hi and welcome! Im also new here. I’m sorry things have been all over the place, I completely understand how that feels. I also have no friends and hardly know anyone too. I like to play video games and watch some films and cartoon shows and I also like playing with my plushies and doing some sort of crafts. Hope you like it here

If you're not yet receiving support for this, then I'd suggest asking your GP for help (which could include medications and/or therapy, for example). You might find some of the information here helpful:

Unfortunately, it's not uncommon for us to feel lonely and isolated. If it's something that you'd like to change, then - besides hopefully finding this community helpful and perhaps making some connections here - you might also find some of the advice in these articles helpful:

You could also ask your GP to refer you to your local social prescriber. They can work with you to develop a care and support plan that meets not just your social needs, but also your practical and emotional needs. This could include helping you to find local groups or socialising activities, for example. The article below explains more (it relates to England, but the model operates throughout the UK):

You might also be able to find some socialising opportunities via the the NAS's directory - whether through a local NAS branch, or other types of support group or social programmes:

As a final suggestion, you could search on Facebook and/or Google for any local groups that might fit with your interests and hobbies.
