my son has just had Ados results

My son had an ADOS TEST recently and have just been given the results. He is nearly 14 and just diagnosed with autism. I don't really understand the results, can anyone explain them to me. He has a score and then we are given a number that states autism cut off and then another number for autism spectrum cut off, what do these mean.

Any help would be appreciated.
