Hi! I'm 41, living in Nottingham, and I'm agender, (undiagnosed) autistic and a polymath. My pronouns are she/any. I work part-time in administration. I have too many hobbies for the amount of time I have available but many have fallen by the wayside since my anxiety got bad enough to be diagnosed as anxiety. I really enjoy playing Dungeons & Dragons on Monday evenings with my partner and friends.

I've come here for some help on my anxiety, which is not caused by my autism as such but 'treating' it is harder because of it!

  • Hi and welcome aboard. I have suffered for many years with anxiety, being off work for me at the moment is helping a lot. Also trying to avoid places and people that make things worse.

i used to play D and D myself, was quite an obsession in my teens and early 20s. Still play RPGs but now on the PC. I am a big fantasy fan and have been since being young.
