Hi all. I'm in the early stages of learning about Autism and Aspergers, and I think where I am is on the spectrum but outside the clinical range. Learning about ASD traits is helping me to understand my late father (never diagnosed), myself (diagnosed negative), and my son (not yet diagnosed). I am nervous about 'joining in' to the community in these circumstances, but also quite enthusiastic about learning more. So I guess my first (hesitant) question is: am I in the right place?!
I think any interest in ASD would mean you are in the right place 
Its very quiet here at the moment though. I have a daughter with ASD and funnily enough I can now see that my father is likely to be on the spectrum. How old is your son? When you say your diagnosis was negative, have you had a formal assessment?
