so unless they make the forum private then not sure this is possible, plus am sure they'd just create another profile too

When someone repeatedly goes against the community rules you can report them to the moderator. Besides from that I can‘t imagine why a specific person should be banned from this forum. Just don‘t read certain messages if they bother you.
