I always smother animals with love and affection; they melt me, completely and unconditionally. My last cat, who I sadly lost to Lymphoma nearly 2.5 years ago was so beautiful and affectionate; she would put her paws up on my shoulders and stay there for long periods, hugging me, and always wanting to be in my lap; she was very vocal too because she was an oriental cat. Whereas Nikki has a very different personality. I got her from the RSPCA and was told that she doesn’t like being picked up.This is quite frustrating as I love to pick cats up and cuddle them. She occasionally puts her paws on my knee though and when I ask for a kiss, she does kiss me on the mouth; that’s some consolation I suppose lol.
What a beautiful pussycat, I used to have a black cat too, she had a little white pendant at her neck but other than that she was completely black, we used to call her a pygmy panther.
Thanks, yeah I love both equally and I have been tempted to get a dog, but I’m worried it’d never get taken out due to my depression etc; it wouldn’t be fair.
