Autism spectrum disorder, on the other hand, is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects social interaction, communication, and behavior. Common traits include:
1. Difficulties with social communication and interaction 2. Restricted or repetitive patterns of behavior or interests 3. Sensory sensitivities or differences 4. Challenges with nonverbal communication 5. Preference for routine and structure 6. Intense focus on specific topics or activities
Sociopath, think Donald Trump, autistic, think Greta Thunberg.
Autistic people are not sociopaths in my opinion also there is a wealth of literature to say quite the opposite. Autistic people can be unfriendly although unintentionally as it may be. However because some acts in an unfriendly manner doesn't automatically make them a bad person. [Post edited by moderator to remove a section which was against rule 5].
