I had my ASD assessment this afternoon and have been officially diagnosed and told i meet all the criteria for Level 1 Autism.
Ive always had a inkling something was different about me but it wasnt until I met my wife who works with SENCO kids who suggested i do some tests and speak to my doctor about an assessment.
After scoring highly on several asymmetric tests online i went to the doctors.
They referred me for an assessment via Right To Choose in Oct/Nov 2024.
Had to fill in the massive questionnaires in Dec 2024 and finally got asked to choose a video assessment date in Jan 2025.
Im really relieved with the diagnosis.
