Longtime lurker - introducing myself

Hello.  I hope you find the experience of "breaking cover" here a merry one.  Why now?....Not being nosey, just interested.

I had a mixture of anxiety and burnout the last four years, it’s been quite the struggle getting through this and recently I have finally felt better, like this huge weight lifted so I thought now might be the time to finally interact within the community.

OK then......that explains the "resonance" that I felt with your OP words!  I was in a very similar "mental place" when I came to this place.......although I only lurked for a few months before......."dipping the toe."  I came in here VERY tentatively to start with.

If you want some unsolicited advice (that is counter to the VAST majority of the expected advice from this place,)  I would keep your Number for as long as possible.  Being a simple NAS8***8 is fitting for a true pre-member here.....in my opinion.
