Hi to you all, I am new here

Hi Everyone, I am new year after finding this community. I was diagnosed last year in 2024. I am a 46 year old female living in Hampshire in the south of the UK. I am feeling lost and overwhelmed since my diagnosis and I also have other complex mental health conditions. I love nature, like growing food, and raising animals, along with engine mechanics and all mechanics. I love the solar system and can talk about these interests all day long. I am shy but I am hoping to find some answers to why I am feeling so withdrawn at the moment.

I’m a female in my 60s and just diagnosed two months ago. I have found it is taking a bit of time to absorb what the diagnosis means as an individual, and it is challenging balancing that with how others think I should behave. I hope you enjoy being here and sharing your thoughts and interests.
