Hello fellow autistic people! I’m new here and wanted to properly introduce myself. I am autistic, I received my diagnosis when I was still at school, I was about thirteen then. At the time the diagnosis made little sense but since then life has been quite the journey, many ups and downs.

More ups than downs though...

Currently life is going OK. I’m in a relationship which is a bit tricky navigating at times TBH but I should get there, in the end. It helps that she is also ND and we somewhat understand one another better than most can. I think I am just lucky that she puts up with my weirdness...

    Welcome to the forum.

    I turn 22 tomorrow.

    One classic car I like is the Aston Martin DB5.

    I love all James Bond films that star Daniel Craig, Die Hard, Ted and most Disney films. My favourite TV series to watch is Family Guy, I just recently started to watch season 14. I also like The Inbetweeners, Scorpion, Friday Night Dinner and American Dad.

    My favourite singers are Sabrina Carpenter (who I'm seeing in concert next month) and Ariana Grande, though I also like bands such as Panic At The Disco, Paramore and Coldplay (who I'm also seeing later this year).

    My day's been pretty good but I've not been up to much.

    Great car! I love that car. You can’t beat the classics! I’m trying to convince Rena to get a classic Mini but so far no such luck. I love so many classic cars, the Jaguars and Triumphs are amongst my favourites. I’m dreaming of the day I get a Triumph Stag or Dolomite. Or both if I am lucky.

    I’m currently driving a nice old Ford Orion from the late eighties, great little car, clutch is going a bit wobbly now but I will be replacing that soon. It did belong to my mum but when she stopped driving she kindly passed it on to me.

    Is the Aston Martin your dream car?

    I love all the James Bond films. I’m a big film buff, own so many now ha-ha but always finding more to buy. I’m big on Family Guy and American Dad, both are hilarious IMO.

    Sabrina’s music is great, somehow I haven’t got any of her cds yet I need to change that. I love Ariana, I think she is brilliant and I loved her in Wicked. Have you seen it yet? I thought it was amazing. My favourite singer is Taylor Swift and my favourite group is Take That followed closely by One Direction.

    I’m a big fan of Panic at the Disco as well though! I own most of their albums.

    I've seen a remake of The Italian Job with lots of classic Minis in, they are nice.

    Triumph Stag - what a car! I've never seen one before but it looks cool. My grandad had a Triumph Herald.

    The Dolomite looks good too, you can't beat classics!

    I also like Jaguars, they are iconic! I've seen them reviewed on Top Gear before and they look and sound awesome!

    The Ford Orion also looks great, though I don't really know much about it.

    Yes, the Aston Martin IS my dream car.

    What is your favourite James Bond film? Who are your favourite Family Guy/American Dad characters?

    I really like Espresso by Sabrina, I'm seeing her in concert next month, I can't wait! Ariana was my first favourite singer; I haven't seen Wicked yet as I'm waiting for it to come out on blu ray. My mum has seen it and she loved it! Taylor Swift is fab! Do you have a favourite album? Take That are great, Gary Barlow is such an amazing singer/songwriter! One Direction used to be one of my all-time favourite groups, I still listen to them a lot. It was very sad to hear about the passing of Liam Payne.

    What's your favourite Panic album? I'd be interested to find out.
