Hello

Hello, I'm wu zi.

I've been diagnosed with autism for 10 years, it feels longer than that really and a lot has occurred in those 10 years though somehow I had this inner strength that got me through it all. I find life with ASD difficult. Anxiety is always affecting my daily life though I am remembering to appreciate and enjoy the smaller precious things in my life. Not always easy but focusing on all the darker things in life leads to a negative way of looking at things, something I try to avoid.

This isn't much of an introduction as I have always sucked at this so I shall go no further.

Best wishes, wu zi.
