ADHD apps

Can anyone recommend me some good apps for ADHD to help with routine and reminder and organisation.

  • I have a subscription to "Adult ADHD Day Planner: Weel" (formerly known as PiCal). There's a free version that's useful for trying it out, but it doesn't have all of the pro / plus features activated.

I love the pie-based calendar display, which I find really helpful for better visualising the day's events.

It also helps me with "waiting mode" - when I feel unable to get on with anything else, because I have something coming up later in the day. Seeing a graphical depiction of a big chunk of available time before whatever that "something" is can (sometimes) help my brain to accept that I could usefully do something in the meantime.

It's currently available for iPhone, iPad and Mac - with an Android version planned.

Other "ADHD-friendly features" are explained here:
