Hi all,
As we have a new moderator on our community, I thought it would be a good time to explain a bit more about the volunteers and staff who help keep the community going. A moderator's role is to help our members use the site, remove spam and enforce the rules. Occasionally, they'll be linking to useful information, but the main focus of the site is for you all to support each other through shared experience & advice.
Please do bear with our new staff/volunteers as they learn about our community and get to know all of you. We'll try and come up with a more consistent naming scheme.
Beginning with Adél (AdelNAS) who is a former member of staff and our longest running volunteer, Adél's help has been invaluable in keeping the community running. She's zapped spam and helped answer your questions.
Our newest volunteer is Kalliopi (KalliopiMod) who has a background in SEN. She'll be joining us shortly.
We have several members of staff who'll be stopping by to lend a hand occasionally.
Bob is my manager, and the head of digital services at the NAS.
Alex R focuses on our website now, but still stops by to help out.
Chanel & Kasey both work in our marketing team, as does Manon.
Occasionally one of our work and employment team stops by that part of the forum to answer your employment related questions.
Finally, I'm the community & social media manager, responsible for the development and growth of our community and social networks.
