Hello

I have just recently been diagnosed with adhd and autism. I have been told it could be several years, before I get any treatment, does anyone have any suggestions how I can move forward in understanding my situation.

I am also very isolated and friendless.

Hi

One thing that I do know that can help on this board, at least, is if you change the default name to a more distinctive username, and give yourself an icon. All the default profiles look the same, so it is very hard to stand out.

It is under Profile -> Edit Profile. You can click on the picture and change it, and type a new username.
