To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears
To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

Hey I'm AspBea, I'm a 16-year old autistic girl. I was diagnosed professionally last year. The diagnosis hasn't changed much for me just really explained why I'm different. That though has helped me to better accept myself and stop me self loathing the way I do lol.

At school rn but I'll check back later on and have a proper look at the site.
