My son was diagnosed in December, it was quite a shock, even the day before I was given the offical diagnosis, the paediatrian still said he wasn't. Then she ovserved him in his nursery setting and she diagnosis him.
I have started his statement, this went to panel twice, and was refused, but after his diagnosis was sent of and another report from me was sent, it is now going forward.
I'm just really looking for like minded parents and people on the spectrum who can give advice and support.
I did want to ask one question, has anyone been to a support group, and how useful are they.
