Dear All,
My name is Michael [Removed by mod], im 25 years old and im running the London Marathon 2014. I recieved a call on the 30th January, asking if I wished to take the place of an injured runner for the marathon and run for The National Autistic Society. I accepted instantly, I knew I only had 10 weeks to train and 10 weeks to raise as much money as possible, but the prospect of raising money for such a charity was amazing. My 4 year old sister has been diagnosed with autism and although hers is only minor ive seen the day to day struggles that this can cause for families. So everyone mile i run has meaning, that struggle to get to 26.2 miles is going to be worth every moment to know im raising money for a great charity.
