Evening all.
I have a 12 year daughter.
She has been dignosed with Asd, cp aniexty, Adhd.
She also has huge problems sleeping and suffers from paranoy.
School have tried to help by letting her go in later and leave ealry at the end of the day. She is not working in class.
But she still cant cope with school.
So now i have been issued with if her attendence dose not improve the local council are going to take me to court.
£1000 fine or 3 mths in prison. I am a single mum.
Dont know what to do.

just take her to school, drop her off yourself.... record it, prove you sent her.... if she skips school after that you can turn around and say that you did your part, you sent her to school, if she left school after that its the teachers that lost her and its their fault, furthermore if thats the case you can have that school fined or shut down for failure to be guardian of your kid as once you drop kid off your kid is in the schools care and guardianship. if they go missing after you handed the kid over then you are the one that should be on them threatening them instead as they failed their duty of care and was neglectful.
