How do you know when you reach burnout? I work in a noisy catering environment, and feel that the noises are getting louder and difficult to work in. Also I've been helping people a lot on my days off so probably not taking enough time off to rest. I'm exhausted and have probably been pushing myself too hard for too long. Do I need time out?
