Hey I'm Rain. I was diagnosed with ASD just last month because a teacher noticed my differences. Pretty crazy really but it does answer a lot of questions I've wondered about myself. Could do without my class knowing but I've only got a few months until end of school....
Counting down the days!
I'm big on music it's my jam. I started collecting both cd and vinyl records. I've got soo many Taylor Swift music stuff. I got this cool Evermore record for my B day last year
It's Ltd edition green. I love colours so much. I feel a lot with colours it's so cool.
I'm also big on drawing and reading. I like sitting up at night and drawing. I've found I require little sleep it turns out which gives me all the more time to draw and listen to Taylor...
Oh and I've got a real cool interest in astronomy and spooky things lol.
I don't have any friends... I'm not social compatible. When I try to socialise I'm like this...
Hopefully not but that's what it feels like lol
This is my awkward way of saying hello.
Hi Rain and welcome
I'm a female in my 60s - we have all ages on here and everyone seems to get along pretty well. When I discovered VERY late (in my early 50s) that I was on the spectrum, this forum was a great source of support and knowledge.
I've had lots of different interests during my life - at your age I was very into music and played guitar too. I'm not into the music of today - I like stuff from the late 70s & 80s.
I've always been an avid reader too, and I like lots of different genres from romantic comedy novels, to mysteries, to science fiction & fantasy.
I also enjoy gaming now, and my favourite games are Sims 4, Fallout 4, 3 of the Assassins creed games (Origins, Odyssey & Valhalla) and Hogwarts Legacy.
Good luck on your journey of life.
